DELUXE LAWN CARE PROGRAM
Seven (7) treatments including fertilizations, lime, moss and cranefly control
FERTILIZATIONS
(6) Seasonally formulated liquid and granular
fertilizations properly timed for the Pacific Northwest to promote thick
healthy lawns with a vigorous root system.
POST EMERGENT WEED CONTROL
Ongoing tailored spot applications
to rid your lawn of most broadleaf weeds that continually try
to invade your turf-grass; including dandelions, chickweed, clover and
buttercup.
SOIL pH CONDITIONER
Once a year lime application properly timed
for the Pacific Northwest’s climate, to help keep the pH of the soil balanced to promote
better growth of your turf-grass.
INSECT CONTROL
Performed
in the early spring to protect your lawn against damage from cranefly larvae.
MOSS CONTROL
Early spring application of iron fertilizer to dehydrate the moss in the lawn and prevent thinning
of the turf-grass.
OPTIONAL SERVICES
Not every lawn and landscape needs every service. We tried to combine the most often required treatments into our Deluxe Lawn Care Program. However, for those clients that have special needs, we provide some optional services that can be added to your annual lawn care program. These services include:
CORE AERATION
This valuable service helps control thatch buildup
and relieves soil compaction. By loosening the soil, aeration
improves air flow to the root zone of the turf, increases beneficial
microbial growth, and aids in the penetration of water and fertilizer
components. Aeration will create a more vibrant root system to
make your lawn healthier and easier to manage.
OVERSEEDING
Usually done at the time of aeration,
overseeding will help replace natural die back of individual grass plants and fill
in bare or thin areas caused by normal activities. Blending new
grass varieties into the turf will also help give your lawn more
disease resistance.
FLEA AND TICK TREATMENTS
Designed to protect your family and
pets from irritating insects which are commonly found in our lawns.
BED WEED CONTROL
These pre-emergent
weed-controls prevent most seeds from germinating in your planting area without effecting
existing plant material, therefore reducing the amount of time you
spend weeding your flower beds.
